Richmond Gimlet

  • 2 oz Tanqueray No. 10 gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Large sprig mint

Shake well with ice. Serve up, strained into a large cocktail glass.

  • this is much sweeter than the Bar 201 version. try with ½ oz simple syrup next time
  • use 4-5 mint leaves
