Quick and Easy Sauteed Kale

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shallots, finely diced
  • Kale


  1. Sauté shallots in a hot pan until everything is popping
  2. Throw in the kale and watch it wilt
  3. Pull off heat, add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Serve immediately
