Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 can (29 oz) pumpkin
- 2 14oz cans evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup agave syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ ground cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pie crusts
Directions
- Mix salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl
- Beat eggs in a large bowl
- Stir in pumpkin, agave syrup and cinnamon mixture
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk
- Pour into pie shells
- Bake for 425°F for 15 minutes
- Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool for 2 hours
