Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can (29 oz) pumpkin
  • 2 14oz cans evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ ground cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions

  • Mix salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl
  • Stir in pumpkin, agave syrup and cinnamon mixture
  • Gradually stir in evaporated milk
  • Pour into pie shells
  • Bake for 425°F for 15 minutes
  • Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
  • Cool for 2 hours
