From Nerdhaus

Ingredients

• Steak
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
• Salt, Pepper, Spices, and/or Steak Rub (Cajun seasoning was very tasty)
• 1 TBSP butter

Cooking Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400º
2. Rub seasoning on steak
3. Melt butter in an all metal pan over med-high heat
4. Sear each side of the steak for 3 to 4 minutes
5. Place entire pan in oven for ~6-10 minutes (8 was about right for medium done)
6. Remove pan from oven and plate meat. (optionally cover with tin-foil to keep warm)
7. Add sliced onions and mushrooms to the butter/steak juice in the pan and brown
8. Spoon onions and mushrooms on top of steak
