Latkes

Ingredients

  • 1 package Maneschewitz latke mix
  • 1 tsp tapioca flour (starch)
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1½ cups cold water

Preparation

  • Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
  • Add water and mix thoroughly
  • Let sit for 3 minutes to thicken
  • Heat oil in a small pan
  • Fry in small patties until golden
