Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- pinch of dried red pepper flakes
Preparation
Combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the broccoli and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
