Five Minute Chocolate Cake

This cake is gluten and sugar free, in addition to being super quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- In a 2 cup pyrex dish, mix the dry ingredients together with a fork or whisk
- Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- The mixture should end up liquid, not powdery
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cut a slit for ventilation
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until a knife comes out clean
Notes
- To get a fluffier cake, try letting the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to let the baking soda activate before microwaving
