Five Minute Chocolate Cake

This cake is gluten and sugar free, in addition to being super quick to make.


  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs


  • In a 2 cup pyrex dish, mix the dry ingredients together with a fork or whisk
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • The mixture should end up liquid, not powdery
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cut a slit for ventilation
  • Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until a knife comes out clean


  • To get a fluffier cake, try letting the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to let the baking soda activate before microwaving
