Combine the following in a Collins Glass:

  • 2 oz Rum (dark is better)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 5 oz Ginger Beer
  • Lime peel

Josh had one of these in San Francisco and enjoyed it immensely.

It is also a very popular drink at Bar 201
